This boy was born in 2000, he is an orphan. Nobody can help him to survive.

He is an HIV positive kid. He also has chronic tonsillitis and urinary incontinence (bedwetting) and hernia.
This child suffers a lot and he hopes that adults will help him.

He needs to take a lot of medications in order to keep his HIV under control.
